About Tiffany

GROWING UP

I was born and raised near Hallettsville, Texas. As long as I can remember, I have been volunteering with family. From working in the Little League concession stand when I wasn't playing softball to serving plates at church picnics, I credit my parents as setting a strong example of giving back to the community.

COLLEGE AND GRAD SCHOOL

I attended Rice University and double-majored in Psychology and Managerial Studies. I was active in multiple leadership roles and intramural activities such as organizing the Impact Rice (Leadership) Retreat, commissioning Rice Powderpuff flag football, and serving as Sammy the Owl.

Upon graduation, I moved to the Northern Virginia area to attend the doctoral program at George Mason University for Organizational Psychology. During graduate school, I played an active role in our program's leadership while working as an intern and teaching.

I met my husband, Robert, while working as a federal contractor for various clients such as the Department of Agriculture and the intelligence community. My experience consulting provided me with invaluable experience in how federal and state governments work behind the scenes.

BACK HOME

After getting married, my husband and I moved back home to Texas in 2013. As sailors, we sought to be close to Lake Travis, and most importantly, settle in a community to raise our family with strong schools. Lake Travis ISD was the perfect fit.

We proudly call the Lake Travis area home. Since kindergarten, both of our children have attended LTISD schools. My husband and I actively enjoy being involved in our community through sailing, our schools, and scouting. I serve as a den leader in Pack 445 and am Wood Badge trained w/ Scouting America. Since 2022, I have proudly served on the Bee Cave Elementary Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) Board. In 2023, I joined the Bee Cave Middle School PTO Board. My experience working with these activites have fostered connections across the district and inspired me to be more involved in the LTISD community.

Serving on the LTISD School Board would be my honor, and I kindly ask for your support. Please follow my Facebook page or reach out via this website to connect.
